This notice covers the Zuppes website at zuppes.com. The FaceFit app will have its own privacy notice describing its data practices, available before you choose to use it.
Information on this website
This website has no account forms, selfie uploads, facial analysis tools, advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process technical request information, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and secure the website.
When you contact us
The early access button opens your email app. Nothing is sent unless you choose to send the email. Zuppes then receives your email address and whatever you include, and uses them to reply to your enquiry or discuss FaceFit early access. Email is handled by our business email provider, Zoho. Please don’t send selfies or sensitive health information.
Questions and deletion requests
To ask about your information, request deletion of an early access enquiry or ask us to stop contacting you, email ensar@zuppes.com. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and meet any applicable recordkeeping requirements.
About the product
FaceFit is intended for general facial wellness. It is not a medical service and does not diagnose, treat or prevent medical conditions. No clinical, cosmetic or health outcome is guaranteed.
